 Yes! We gladly welcome and encourage all walkers.

Once you register with Fun Run you will receive a unique runner ID number which allows us to record your results and post them on our website so you can track your progress. This Fun Runner ID is valid for any event you attend with Fun Run.

No, your Fun Runner ID will be how we identify you for any Fun Run event you attend. If you have registered in the past with Fun Run, all you need to do is login to register for the event. 

After you complete your 5km Santa Fun Run you will receive an email from us notifying you that the results are now live and available on our website.

When purchasing your event ticket please select the ACS pick up location nearest to you. Once your costume is ready for pick up you will receive a text message confirmation. 

Please have your text message confirmation as well as the event ticket confirmation email with you when picking up your costume.  

We offer one type of ticket which includes a Santa costume

You are welcome to bring your own costume if you like, but all of our tickets already include a Santa costume as a standard

Yes, they’ll need to bring a copy of your ID (photo of your ID on a phone is fine)

All race registrations are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled by the organisers.

Yes of course! – All Santa’s Little Helpers are allowed at our event, provided they are on a leash as the route passes through the golf course.

You have to change the contact information in your account/profile (https://funruncy.com/account/) section and it will update on to the form.

Children will be under adult supervision at all times during the run. For data privacy consideration, we are not allowed to store children information on our website under European GDPR rules, so they will not have their results displayed on our website. We only collect data on the child attendees for emergency purposes only and the data will be deleted after the event on the 10th of December.
